Hand finished by local sewists and hand filled here in Australia with locally sourced Barley, Rosemary, Rose Petals, and Juniper Berries, it’s a perfect wellness accessory for finding comfort and relaxation. Gently heat in the microwave and enjoy the soothing aromatics of the fill while it helps to relieve symptoms of muscle tension, tiredness and aches.

Ingredients: Barley, Rosemary, Rose petals, and Juniper Berries

Directions for use: Place your heat pillow in the microwave, ensuring turntable is clean. Heat on high for 1 minute, turning half way through to prevent hot spots. If further heating is required, repeat in 20 second increments until desired temperature is reached. Do not heat for more than 2 minutes continuously.
Not suitable for use in flatbed microwaves.
To use as a cooling pillow, place in refrigerator until desired temperature is reached.
